Team Science Development and Support Program

Together with the NYU Health Sciences Library, we bring together coordinated teams of investigators with training and expertise in different fields to address complex scientific challenges, accelerate innovation, and translate scientific findings into new policies and practices. We assist researchers in a number of ways:

  • developing and supporting tools to facilitate collaboration using the NYU Data Catalog
  • finding collaborators
  • coordinating team science workshops and classes
  • organizing events to promote collaboration, such as poster days and speed-networking research events
  • forming science interest groups

Translational Science Workgroups

We organize translational science workgroups around a variety of topics for researchers with related interests so they can exchange ideas, collaborate, and develop multiple-investigator funding initiatives. For more information, please fill out our Service Request Form

Translational Research in Progress Seminars

A collaboration between the Clinical and Translational Science Institute and NYU Langone’s Department of Medicine, Translational Research in Progress (TRIP) seminars bring together clinical researchers, basic scientists, and population health researchers to present ongoing research projects to their peers and receive feedback.

TRIP seminars are open to researchers from NYU Langone and other NYU schools and colleges and take place at NYU Langone’s Tisch Hospital in the ground floor conference room of the Medical Science Building. TRIP seminars are open to researchers from NYU Langone and other NYU schools and colleges and are held virtually via Zoom every Monday.
